Today was the third time I’ve had the pleasure of being evaluated by Paul D Lopreato, PA. His forty years of experience shows with his immense knowledge of the medical field. He is professional with a warm smile, always making me feel cared for & completely at ease. Paul Lopreato is simply the best in his field. I’d give 10 stars if I could.

Dr. Esposito and his staff are the greatest. I have been going to him for several years and nobody has ever given me the relief to my pain like him. Love the fact that they have so many options and are not quick to recommend opioids.

This was my first visit to the practice. Everyone was highly professional and truly cared. I have been on a long journey with pain, having over 5 spinal surgeries. My pain persists. Dr. Esposito took a substantial amount of time to review my prior procedures, scans and how I’m feeling currently. He went into a series of reasons why my pain persists, ordered some fresh scans then went through every option that might be available to me. I’ve seen my fair share of doctors over the years. He and his team are A+. Highly recommended.

I have complete confidence in all that work at the practice. I have a spinal cord stimulator that was inserted by another doctor that had his own practice. He left Vero Beach and I found ISPI
The group has been taking care of me s I need he left. They are extremely efficient, pleasant, and caring. I have introduced at least two individuals to the group and they are pleased as well.

I was very pleased with my first visit.
The atmosphere was very pleasant and upbeat. The doctor took his time to explain thoroughly situation with my bath. Also took the time to listen to me all I know it was a great first time.
