Great experience with Dr. Esposito and his new staff. Been seeing Dr. Esposito for years now and won’t go to anyone else. He’s very thorough, takes his time with you and explains everything, and I mean everything so you’re not left in the dark. He is very patient orientated meaning he gives you that personal care, unlike these corporate own doctor places (Florida pain to be exact) I will never go back to Florida pain and GLAD to see Dr. Esposito left them. Locating him from Florida pain was a challenge since they wouldn’t give me any info on where he was practicing now (shame on them), but thank god I found him again through my primary care doctor in Sebastian. For anyone looking for Dr. Michael Esposito he is now in Vero Beach. His staff is superb as well and very comforting as well.

I have been Dr. Esposito's patient since 2016. My experience with him has always been very Positive with Excellent Results!! He takes great care in listening, explains very clearly my condition(s) and takes the next step for treatments which is suitable for me. Dr. Esposito is by far the most "Respectable," and "Knowledgable" Spinal Pain Management doctor I found. I am so very grateful to him and I highly recommend him.

My neck was fused back in 2012 and I started to get severe pain in my neck and a revision I was told wasn’t an option since it was a low percentage that it would work. I was advised by my doctor to see pain management for my neck pain. I was hesitant at first since I never had a shot in my neck before. But I’m so glad I did. Dr. Esposito and his staff are amazing. Dr. Esposito explained my options and so I did the first of two injections in my neck to see if that would help with the pain and it did. So the next visit I had an Ablation done and I’ve been pain free ever since. He did advise me the nerves will come back between 6 months to a year and I’ll have to have the ablation done again. I’m now starting the Epidural for my lower back. I had a fusion done on my lower back in 2020 it helped somewhat but if I walked a distance maybe half a block I would get burning pain and my legs felt like they were jello Dr. Esposito did the first epidural but it didn’t work so when I went back for my second epidural he did above the fusion and I have 85% pain free. I would highly recommend Dr. Esposito he takes his time with you and explains what he feels you need to elevate your pain. I’m so grateful to have found him and put my trust in his knowledge and skills.
